Collegiate Chapters of Mu Phi Epsilon may be established at universities, colleges, and schools of music of high standing and reputation which meet the accrediting standards of the Fraternity that include: have been established for five years or more, meet the requirements of the National Association of Schools of Music, the Association of Universities and Colleges, or one of the appropriate regional associations.
