Alumni Chapter Bylaws Template
This Alumni Bylaws template should be used to update your chapter's bylaws.  Please follow the directions on the first page.  This document must be approved by the Eligibility Advisor and should be submitted to this officer by email only.

Alumni president report forms may be downloaded, filled in, then mailed or emailed as attachments to the appropriate international fraternity office.

Alumni Chapter Officer Update Form
Use this form to report changes of your chapter's officers.
Due June 1st of each year and whenever there is a change of officers.

Alumni Annual Report Form
This form is due (date) and should be submitted by the chapter president.

Use this form to update your contact information at the International Executive Office
